No snow, but there was frost on everything in the mornings. This is the house across the street -- it was too cold to go outside!
Our nephew, Brayden, loved playing with Gwen's yellow stepstool that she's had since she was Brayden's age.
Gwen even thinks she remembers using it as a desk just as Brayden is doing here.
Brayden seemed to enjoy the dogs, even if they weren't quite sure what to do with him.
He was very good at patting the dogs "gently".
We eneded up keeping Genubi away from Brayden for the most part. Although Genubi was doing a lot better with Brayden this visit than he did last time, he wasn't as good with Brayden as the other dogs were. If he was nearby he was on a leash and carefully supervised.

Nancy decreed that everyone in the family would participate in a craft project.
We started out with these strips of reed, such as the ones Jason is holding.
We started by crossing three of the reeds the way Terra has them in this picture.
After a bit of weaving and adding in two more pieces of reed, we got this far.
